How long does it take to receive my order?

Turnaround time begins once design approval and payment are received. Custom sash orders ship in 10-14 business days. Cheer bow bundles, team orders, and bulk orders from gyms ship in 3-5 weeks depending on the quantity and complexity.
Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on current workload and timing. If you need an item sooner than the listed turnaround time, please reach out to confirm availability and pricing.
Do you offer custom designs or personalization?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces for teams! Custom orders may include team colors, names, senior years, or other personalized details. Please reach out through our contact form to discuss your vision.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the customized nature of our creations, all sales are final. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us promptly so that we can make it right.
Yes. Custom items take time to design. Each bow style must be ordered in batches of at least 10. Sash orders need a minimum of 4 and the wording on each sash can vary.
Do you require a minimum order?

Yes. Customers must obtain any required permission to use a logo before sharing it with us. By providing a logo, the customer confirms they have that permission. Brilliant Bow Co. is not responsible for obtaining logo approvals.
Will you add a logo to my bows or sashes?

Each bow is securely attached to a thick seamless elastic hair tie, which is our standard hair tie option. These elastics are widely known for their tangle-free hold, durability, and comfortable wear, making them a reliable choice for cheer practices, games, and competitions. Based on personal experience, they also tend to be long-lasting and hold up well to regular use.
If you prefer a different style of ponytail holder or would like two elastics attached to each bow instead of the standard single elastic, please let us know at the time of your order. We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible, as long as they are shared before production begins.
